We understand that at times things
come up. In the event you have
to cancel your appointment, 
here is our policy.

Individual Policy

We ask that you give us 24 hours notice should you need to cancel. We understand however that things sometimes come up so should you need to change your appointment, please call us or email us as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

At this time, Niall Colgan Hairdressing does not request credit card information for individual guests or parties of two. We've adopted this with you in mind as it allows for easier, faster booking. For parties of three or more, we require credit card information to hold appointments. Should you need to cancel or change your plans, simply let us know at least 72 hours ahead of time. Groups of three or more who cancel without notice or fail to show to an appointmen, will be charged 50% of the full price of services originally scheduled.
